27) Production - Third Shoot (Wednesday 6th March)

This shoot was our biggest shoot so we wanted to make sure everything would work out right. As we didn’t have a lot of time to shoot everything before sun set, we were kindly allowed our last two lessons of the day (media studies lessons) to get organised and be ready to start shooting.
The first part we started off with was the shots of Michael and I by the lake, which soon turns into the big argument and ‘storm off’.
This scene is a great scene and took us a while to film.
We had to be respectful of the public who were visiting the park and had to make sure we filmed at appropriate times.

On the same day we also had to film Holly’s lead part in the field. This was a big set up as we had the film crane to sort out and we were loosing light quickly. We all pulled together as a team and worked really well together to help get this done.

A lot of improvisation was used here as many things we had planned didn’t quite stick due to the time of day and the weather as it started to rain.
Thankfully we’re very happy with the shots we got and can’t wait to edit them in post production.

My team hard at work in the cold weather:
